Mail-merge sheet rows into a Slides template — one finished slide per row

A true mail merge from Google Sheets into Google Slides. For every row in your
sheet, the add-on clones a template slide and fills each {{placeholder}} with
that row's value — producing one finished slide per row in a brand-new deck.

WHAT IT DOES
• Per-row merge: N data rows become N slides, each filled from your template —
  not a one-off find/replace.
• {{placeholder}} substitution matched to your header row by name, e.g.
  {{Name}}, {{Email}}, {{Amount}}.
• Pick any Slides file (ID or URL) and choose which slide (by index) is the
  template.
• Merge the whole active sheet or a specific A1 range like A1:D50.
• A fresh, named presentation is created; the blank default slide is removed and
  the result opens in a new tab with a slide count.
