1. Acceptance

By installing or using any 1dot.ai add-on (“the Service”), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. The Service

1dot.ai provides a catalog of productivity add-ons for Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Slides, Forms, Drive, Gmail, Calendar) and Microsoft Excel. We may change or discontinue features at any time.

3. Eligibility & accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate information. You are responsible for activity performed under your account, and for holding a valid Google or Microsoft account to run the add-ons.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including: reverse engineering it, reselling or redistributing it without permission, using it for illegal content, attempting to bypass licensing or credit limits, or overloading our systems.

5. Payment, credits & subscriptions

Add-ons use a freemium model: each account receives free credits, and can buy one-time credit packs or an annual unlimited plan (Single User or whole Domain). Pricing for each add-on is shown on its page at addons.1dot.ai. Payments are processed by Paddle, our merchant of record, which handles billing and tax. Annual plans renew until cancelled. Refunds are handled per our Refund Policy.

6. Intellectual property

We own the Service and its software and content. You retain ownership of your own data and the content you process through the Service.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the fees you paid for the affected add-on in the 12 months before the claim.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms and will post the new effective date on this page.
