Quick Form Builder & Maker for Forms
Form builder — paste a list of questions and build a whole form in one click

Build a whole Google Form in seconds by pasting your questions — one per line — instead of clicking through the Forms editor one question at a time. WHAT IT DOES • Bulk paste: drop in an entire questionnaire (one line = one question) and add them all to your form in one click, in order. • Type prefixes: a short prefix on each line picks the type — short answer, paragraph, multiple choice, checkboxes, dropdown, linear scale, date, or time. • Inline choices: separate options with "|" so a five-option multiple-choice question is a single line. • Forgiving: blank lines are ignored, and any line it can't parse is skipped while every other line is still added — you get a count of added vs skipped. • No AI, no servers in the loop: it just turns your text into form questions on your active form. WHY IT BEATS BUILDING BY HAND Adding questions manually means, for every question: click Add, type the title, open the type menu, pick a type, then type each option one by one. For a 20-question survey that's hundreds of clicks. This collapses it to one paste and one button. GREAT FOR • Turning a questionnaire drafted in a doc or sheet into a live form fast. • Teachers building quizzes and HR building intake forms. • Anyone rebuilding or duplicating a form's questions quickly. FREE & PRO • Free: 50 questions added per month. • Pro: unlimited questions. 14-day full-feature trial. • Single user $10/year · All Workspace users $30/year. Privacy-first: works only on your active form and requests no restricted scopes. Responsive support and regular updates.
