WHAT IT DOES
• Bulk add questions: one line becomes one question, added to your open form in the order you typed them.
• A short prefix picks the type: short answer, paragraph, multiple choice, checkboxes, dropdown, linear scale, date or time. No prefix means short answer.
• Options on the same line, separated by "|": choice: T-shirt size | S | M | L
• A * after the question makes it required.
• Linear scales from 0 or 1 up to 3–10, with labels for each end.
• Pastes numbered lists as they are: "1.", "2)", "Q3." and bullet marks at the start of a line are removed, and blank lines are skipped.
• Every line is checked first. If one is wrong — a multiple choice question with no options, an option listed twice — nothing is added and the sidebar tells you which line to fix, so you never end up with duplicate questions.
• Your text is used exactly as you typed it; nothing is generated or rewritten.

Open a form and choose Extensions ▸ FormPro – Build Forms from Text for Forms™ ▸ Open FormPro. Paste your questions one per line in the sidebar (it shows the format with an example) and press Add questions to form.
