Form Version History

Save & restore versions of your Google Form structure — undo any edit

Google Forms has no version history for your questions. Form Version History
adds it — save named restore points of your form's structure, then roll back to
any of them in one click.

WHAT IT DOES
• Save a snapshot of the whole form: title, description, and every question —
its type, options, required setting, and order.
• Restore any saved version to rebuild the form exactly as it was.
• Name and timestamp each version so you always know what you're rolling back
to. Delete the ones you no longer need.

GREAT FOR
• Recovering from an accidental deletion or a botched edit.
• Swapping between seasonal or A/B question sets on the same form.
• Working confidently on a live form knowing a save point is one click away.

SUPPORTED QUESTIONS
Short answer, paragraph, multiple choice, checkboxes, dropdown, linear scale,
date, time, and section headers.

PRIVACY-FIRST
• Snapshots are stored inside your form only — nothing leaves your Google
account, no external storage, no Drive access.
• Requests only non-sensitive permissions: your active form and your email
  (used to key your license).

FREE & PRO
• Free: up to 5 saved versions/month.
• Pro: unlimited saves + one-click Restore. 14-day full trial.

Fast support and frequent updates.
