Form to Google Tasks for Forms
Create a Google Task from each form submission — on submit, into any list
google taskstaskson submitformsto-dodue date
Turn every Google Form submission into a Google Task. Map your questions to a task's title, notes, and due date, pick a destination list, flip on the on-submit trigger — and each new response becomes a task that shows up in Calendar, Gmail, and the Tasks mobile app. WHAT IT DOES • One task per submission: map question titles to title, notes, and due, and on each submit a Google Task is created in the list you chose. • Task-list selector: reads your Google Tasks lists and lets you pick the destination from a dropdown. • Simple field mapping: a textarea of "Question title=field" lines; the first non-empty mapped answer wins for each field. A title mapping is required. • Due dates: a date answer (a Date question, YYYY-MM-DD, or anything parseable) becomes the task's due date; non-date answers simply leave it unset. • Manual test: "Create task from latest response (test)" pushes your most recent submission now so you can confirm the mapping before going live. • Safe trigger: a failed task creation can never break form submission. HOW ON-SUBMIT CREATION WORKS Choose a destination list, enter your mapping, and click Enable on submit. From then on, each submission is read and turned into a task in your chosen list. Click Disable on submit any time; your saved list and mapping are kept. GREAT FOR • Turning support, request, or intake forms into an actionable task list. • Routing sign-ups and to-dos to the right list automatically. • Anyone who runs their day out of Google Tasks.
