• On-submit sync: an installable trigger creates a QuickBooks Online customer for
  each new form response.
• Header-aware field mapping: map form questions to customer fields —
  DisplayName, Email, Phone, CompanyName — one line each.
• Production or sandbox: pick the environment; the add-on targets the right
  QuickBooks endpoint automatically.
• Manual test button: "Sync latest response" pushes your most recent submission
  so you can validate token, realm id and mapping before going live.

You bring your own QuickBooks Online access token and realm (company) id. The
add-on calls QuickBooks directly with your token — we hold no QuickBooks secrets
and proxy nothing through a server. Note: QuickBooks access tokens are
short-lived (~1 hour); when one expires, paste a fresh token and save again.
