Form to PayPal Invoice

Create PayPal draft invoices from Google Forms submissions — on submit

paypalinvoiceformsbillingpaymenton submit
Turn every Google Forms submission into a draft invoice in your own PayPal
account — automatically, the moment someone responds. No Zapier, no manual data
entry.

WHAT IT DOES
• On-submit sync: an installable trigger creates a PayPal draft invoice for each
  new form response.
• Header-aware field mapping: map form questions to invoice fields —
recipientEmail, recipientName, itemName, quantity, unitAmount. Quantity
defaults to 1; amounts are normalised to 2 decimals.
• Production or sandbox: pick the environment; the add-on targets the right
  PayPal endpoint automatically.
• Any currency: pick any 3-letter ISO currency code (USD, EUR, GBP, INR, …).
• Draft state: invoices are created as DRAFT — you review and send them from
  PayPal.
• Manual test button: "Sync latest response" pushes your most recent response so
you can validate token, environment, currency and mapping before going live.

GREAT FOR
• Billing clients from an order or intake form.
• Event fees, deposits, and service requests.
• Anyone who wants Forms → PayPal invoices without a middleman tool.

REQUIRES YOUR OWN PAYPAL ACCOUNT
You bring your own PayPal access token. The add-on calls the PayPal Invoicing API
directly with your token — we hold no PayPal secrets and proxy nothing through a
server. Note: PayPal access tokens are short-lived (~8 hours; sandbox expires
faster); when one expires, paste a fresh token and save again.

FREE & PRO
• Free: 50 draft invoices/month.
• Pro: unlimited draft invoices. 14-day full trial.

Privacy-first: the add-on reads only the active form (forms.currentonly) and
calls PayPal directly with your own credentials. "PayPal" is used only as a
compatibility reference; not affiliated with or endorsed by PayPal. Fast support
and frequent updates.
