• Sync on submit: an installable trigger pushes every new response straight into
  your Mailchimp audience (list).
• Field mapping: map any form question to a Mailchimp merge tag with simple
  "Form question=MERGE_TAG" lines (e.g. First Name=FNAME).
• Add or update: existing members are handled gracefully as already-subscribed —
  no duplicates, no errors.
• Manual test button: "Sync latest response" pushes the most recent submission so
  you can confirm your mapping before going live.
