WHAT IT DOES
• On-submit sync: each new response is mapped and pushed to HubSpot via an
  installable on-form-submit trigger.
• Create or update by email: HubSpot upserts by email, so re-syncing the same
  person updates the existing contact instead of duplicating it.
• Plain-text field mapping: map form questions to HubSpot contact properties, one
  per line (e.g. Email=email, First Name=firstname, Last Name=lastname).
• Multi-value answers (checkboxes / grids) are comma-joined into one value.
• Manual test button: "Sync latest response" pushes the most recent response so
  you can validate the token and mapping before going live.
