Form to Google Contacts for Forms
Create a Google Contact from each form submission — on submit, no exports
contactsgoogle contactson submitformsleadspeople api
Turn every Google Forms submission into a Google Contact automatically. Map your form questions to contact fields once, enable on-submit, and every respondent lands in your Google Contacts the moment they submit — no CSV export/import dance. WHAT IT DOES • Create on submit: an on-form-submit trigger creates one Google Contact per new response, in real time. • Field mapping: map any question to a contact field with simple "Question title=field" lines — givenName, familyName, email, phone, organization, and jobTitle. • Contact group / label (optional): name a group and every new contact is added to it (created automatically if it doesn't exist) for easy follow-up. • Manual test: a "Sync latest response (test)" button creates a contact from your most recent submission so you can confirm your mapping before going live. • Built on the People API: contacts are created via Google's People API — no advanced service or third-party tool required. HOW ON-SUBMIT SYNC WORKS Paste your mapping, optionally name a group, and click Enable on submit. From then on, each submission is read, turned into a contact, and saved — empty answers are skipped, and a failed sync can never block a respondent's submission. Click Disable on submit any time to stop. GREAT FOR • Capturing leads from a sign-up or "contact us" form straight into Contacts. • Building an attendee or member directory as people register. • Sales and recruiting teams who live in Google Contacts. FREE & PRO • Free: 50 contacts created per month. • Pro: unlimited contacts created. 14-day full-feature trial. • Single user $10/year · All Workspace users $30/year. Privacy-first: works only on your active form, uses narrow (non-restricted) scopes, and requests no broad Drive/Forms access. Responsive support and regular updates.
