Form to Calendar Events for Forms
Create a Google Calendar event from each form submission — on submit
calendarcalendar eventson submitformsbookingappointments
Turn every Google Form submission into a Google Calendar event. Map your form questions to event fields once, enable on-submit, and each new response creates an event in your calendar automatically. WHAT IT DOES • On-submit event creation: an on-form-submit trigger runs on every submission and creates a calendar event from the mapped answers. • Flexible field mapping: map any question to title, start, end, durationMinutes, description, location, or guests. • End or duration: provide an explicit end time, map a durationMinutes, or fall back to a configurable default (60 minutes). • Guests + invites: a guests answer (comma/space/semicolon-separated emails) is added to the event and invites are sent. • Wide date support: ISO-like, US-style MM/DD/YYYY, date-only, and full ISO strings with a timezone offset are all understood. • Manual test: "Create event from latest response (test)" builds an event from your most recent submission so you can confirm your mapping before going live. HOW ON-SUBMIT CREATION WORKS Fill in the mapping, set an optional default duration, and click Enable on submit. From then on, each submission resolves its title and start (both required) plus any optional fields, and creates the event in your default calendar — a failed creation can never break form submission. Disable on submit any time; your mapping is kept. GREAT FOR • Appointment, consultation, and demo booking forms. • Interview scheduling, class sign-ups, and event RSVPs. • Anyone who wants form bookings on their calendar without manual entry. FREE & PRO • Free: 50 created events per month. • Pro: unlimited created events. 14-day full-feature trial. • Single user $10/year · All Workspace users $30/year. Privacy-first: works only on your active form, uses narrow (non-restricted) scopes, and requests no broad Calendar/Forms/Drive access. Responsive support and regular updates.
