Form to Airtable

Append Google Forms submissions to your Airtable table — on submit

airtableformssyncrecorddatabaseon submit
Append every Google Forms submission to an Airtable base/table as a new record —
automatically, the moment someone responds. No Zapier, no Make, no middleman: the
form talks to Airtable directly.

WHAT IT DOES
• On-submit sync: each new response is mapped and pushed to Airtable via an
  on-form-submit trigger.
• Human-readable mapping: one line per field — "Form question=Airtable Field
Name". Questions match case-insensitively; multi-select answers are joined with
  commas; empty answers are skipped.
• Manual test button: "Sync latest response" pushes the most recent submission so
you can verify your mapping without waiting for a real submit.

GREAT FOR
• Collecting form responses into an Airtable database you already use.
• Lead capture, intake, inventory, and project trackers.
• Anyone who wants Forms → Airtable without a middleman tool.

REQUIRES YOUR OWN AIRTABLE ACCOUNT
You bring your own Airtable personal access token, plus your Base ID and table
name. The add-on calls the Airtable REST API directly with your token — we store
it per user and never see or proxy it.

FREE & PRO
• Free: 50 synced records/month.
• Pro: unlimited synced records. 14-day full trial.

Privacy-first: the add-on reads only the active form (forms.currentonly) and
calls Airtable directly with your own token. "Airtable" is used only as a
compatibility reference; not affiliated with or endorsed by Airtable. Fast
support and frequent updates.
