Drive Files Rename — Find & Replace

Bulk-rename selected Drive files — find/replace, prefix, suffix, number

renamedrivebulkfind replaceprefixsuffix
Bulk-rename the Drive files you select in one pass. Pick files, choose a rename
strategy, and apply it to every file at once — instead of renaming one at a time.

WHAT IT DOES
• Find & replace in name — swap text across all selected file names (literal
match, with an optional "ignore case" toggle). Leave the replacement blank to
  strip the matched text.
• Add prefix — prepend text to every selected file name.
• Add suffix — append text, inserted before the file extension when there is one
  (e.g. report.pdf → report-v2.pdf).
• Sequential numbering — rename to "Base name 1", "Base name 2", … with a
  configurable start number and optional zero-padding (01, 02, …).
• Batch — applies to your whole selection at once and keeps going past any
individual failure, reporting how many succeeded.

GREAT FOR
• Cleaning up messy file names after a bulk upload or scan.
• Adding a version, date, or project prefix across a set of files.
• Numbering a batch of photos or documents in order.

FREE & PRO
• Free: up to 50 renames/month (one renamed file = one unit).
• Pro: unlimited renames. 14-day full trial.

Privacy-first: uses a per-file Drive scope, so the add-on only ever touches the
files you explicitly select in Drive — it never lists or reads the rest of your
Drive. Fast support and frequent updates.
