Choice Eliminator for Google Forms

Auto-remove form options once they hit a capacity — great for limited slots

Stop double-booking your Google Form. Choice Eliminator automatically removes an
answer option once it reaches the number of responses you set — so every slot,
seat, or session can only fill up once, and later respondents never pick a full
option.

WHAT IT DOES
• Per-option capacities: set a maximum number of responses on any option of a
multiple-choice, dropdown, or checkbox question. Leave an option blank for
  unlimited.
• Auto-remove when full: turn on "Remove options when full" and each new
submission tallies your responses and strips out any option at capacity.
• Apply now: an "Apply elimination now" button runs the same check on demand
against your current responses — handy for a form that already has replies.
• Settings live with the form and survive reopening the add-on.
• Safe by design: a failure while processing a submission can never break form
  submission.

PERFECT FOR
• Appointment and time-slot booking (each slot fills once, then disappears).
• Limited-seat sign-ups, workshops, and sessions.
• Volunteer shifts, potluck items, equipment checkout, and "first come, first
  served" lists.

OPTIONAL INTEGRATIONS
• Add chosen option to Calendar: create a Google Calendar event from each new
  response.
• Add chosen option to Google Tasks: create a Google Task from each new response.
Both are OFF by default. They use additional Google permissions; leave them off
if you only need automatic elimination.

FREE & PRO
• Free: 50 processed submissions per month.
• Pro: unlimited processing. 14-day full-feature trial.
• Single user $15/year · All Workspace users $40/year.

Privacy-first: the core feature works only on your active form using narrow
(non-restricted) scopes, and avoids the broad Forms/Drive scopes. Responsive
support and regular updates.
