Calendar Toolbox

Bulk create, find free slots, duplicate & shift Google Calendar events

calendarbulk create eventsfree slotsduplicate eventshiftreschedule
Calendar power tools for creating and rearranging events in bulk — all from a
single card. Where a search-and-export add-on reads your calendar, Calendar
Toolbox generates and reschedules it.

WHAT IT DOES
• Bulk create events — paste a list, one event per line as "title, start, end",
and create them all at once. Flexible date/time formats are accepted, and
  titles may contain commas.
• Find free slots — pick a date range and a minimum gap length, and get every
free interval of at least that length listed in a results card.
• Duplicate an event — type part of a title and clone the first upcoming match N
times at a fixed interval in days (e.g. 4 copies every 7 days = a weekly
series). Location and description carry over.
• Shift / reschedule a range — move every timed event in a date range by an
offset in minutes (negative = earlier) in one action.

GREAT FOR
• Standing up a recurring or repeating schedule fast.
• Finding open time across a busy range without hunting.
• Nudging a whole day or week of events earlier or later at once.

FREE & PRO
• Free: 25 calendar operations/month (one created, duplicated, shifted event, or
  gap scan = one operation).
• Pro: unlimited operations. 14-day full trial.

Privacy-first: uses only calendar read and event-write scopes — no Drive access
at all, since Calendar Toolbox never touches files. Fast support and frequent
updates.
