Turn your Google Doc into an invoice or letter template full of {{placeholders}},
then mail-merge it over many rows. For each row the add-on fills the template,
exports a PDF to Drive, and (optionally) emails it — all in one click.
WHAT IT DOES
• {{placeholder}} mail-merge — keys like {{name}}, {{amount}}, {{due_date}} are
filled per row; unknown placeholders stay visible so mistakes are obvious.
• Two data sources — paste a CSV-style block (header + rows) OR point at a Google
Sheet by ID and range (e.g. Sheet1!A1:D50).
• PDF to Drive — every filled invoice is saved as a PDF to a dedicated folder,
with an "Open PDF" link.
• Email PDFs (Pro) — name an email column and each invoice is emailed as a PDF
attachment; the subject supports {{placeholders}} too.
• Smart filenames — named from an invoice / name / client column when present.
• Run report — counts generated and emailed, lists Drive links, flags skips.
