  spreadsheet automatically via a time-based trigger.
• Organised: every copy lands in a single app-created folder — "Sheets Backups
  (Automatic Backup add-on)" — instead of cluttering My Drive.
• Turn off any time: set the schedule back to Off to remove the trigger.
