  choice, checkboxes, and a 1-5 rating — with answer choices and required flags.
• Optional title & description: a toggle lets the AI name your form and write
  its description too.
• Question-count hint: ask for roughly N questions, or leave it blank and let
  the AI decide (up to 30 per generation).
• Safe by design: backend or parsing errors never touch your form — you only
  ever get questions when the AI returns a valid result.
