• Ignores shouting headings like INTRODUCTION, so the list stays clean.
• Set the minimum acronym length (two letters by default) and sort A–Z or in order of appearance.
• Review the list in the side panel.
• Insert a glossary table — Abbreviation | Expansion, with a heading — at your cursor or at the end of the document (Pro).

HOW TO USE
Open a document, click the AcroPro icon in the side panel on the right and press Scan & list. To add a glossary, place your cursor where it should go and press Insert glossary into document.
